And if that happens, then I go on vacation from traveling. My last long vacation was in wonderful Kathmandu. The 2,5 months since, I’ve done hit and run traveling in India and Bangladesh.
Since Kathmandu I’ve spent a total amount of 455 hours in bus, train, ship and plane, not counting day trips and city traffic. In a row, this would be a full 19 days in means of transportation.
Seen over 73 days, I’ve spent every 4th hour in a seat.
Visit to Phuket
Because so much traveling gets boring, I’m now treating myself to a vacation from traveling. An ideal opportunity, because my godmother and my uncle are ready for a vacation, too. Same as 2 years ago, we meet on the island of Phuket in Thailand.
I’m looking forward to 1 week of encore to Rhön meets Thailand 2010.
